Raspberry Lemon Drop
2oz Skip Rock Vodka 1.5oz Raspberry Liqueur .75oz Fresh Lemon Juice .75oz Simple Syrup Shake with ice and enjoy! Badger Bloody Mary Martini
2 oz Badger Pocket Peppercorn Vodka ½ oz Bloody Mary Seasoning* 3 oz Tomato Juice ½ oz Lemon Juice Combine all ingredients in martini shaker with ice; shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Serve up in a martini glass or over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with celery salt rim and favorite Bloody Mary toppings. *We recommend Demitris or J. Wilbur Spiced Apple Martini
1 ½ oz Skip Rock Vodka 2 oz Apple Cider ¼ oz Lime Juice ¼ oz Maple Syrup 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters Assemble the ingredients in a cocktail shaker one third full of ice and shake for 10 seconds. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Optional – chill glass and run the rim through cinnamon and sugar for an additional fall spice touch. Feisty Russian
1 ½ oz Skip Rock Coffee Liqueur 1 ½ oz Badger Pocket Peppercorn Vodka Combine Coffee Liqueur and Vodka over ice or neat in a rocks glass. Skippin’ Easy 1 ½ oz Skip Rock Vodka 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice 5 oz Orange Soda ½ oz Simple Syrup Shake all ingredients and strain over ice in a tall glass. Top with Orange Soda (we like Fentiman’s). Skip Rock Moscow Mule 1 ½ oz Skip Rock Vodka 4 oz Ginger Beer ½ oz Lime Juice Lime Wedge for Garnish Pour Skip Rock Vodka and lime juice into a copper mug; add ice cubes and ginger beer. Stir to combine. Drop a lime wedge into the mug for garnish. Skip to Jerez 1 ½ oz Skip Rock Vodka ½ oz Sweet Vermouth ¼ oz Fino Sherry Stir and strain into a cocktail glass, garnish with a lemon twist. Top with Prosseco and garnish with orange twist. Skip a Beat 1 oz Skip Rock Vodka ½ oz Orgeat Pineapple Juice Sweet & Sour Mix ½ oz Clement Creole Shrub Fill a highball with ice. Add Skip Rock Vodka, Orgeat and equal parts pineapple juice and sour mix, leaving room to top off with Creole Shrubb. Garnish with cherry. |
