Skip Rock Vodka
Local Skagit Valley Yukon Gold potatoes give Skip Rock Vodka it’s rich full-flavor. While those aren’t words normally associated with vodka our goal is create a spirit that stands out compared to the many grain-based vodka’s that are on the market. We’ve heard less than 1% of the worlds vodkas are made from potatoes and we believe it. The process is laborious, it’s messy and it takes a lot of potatoes to make one bottle of premium Skip Rock Vodka. Even with all the work we wouldn’t change a thing!
Headwaters Whiskey
We make our white whiskey specifically to bottle “fresh” and enjoyed as a clear spirit. The taste is unique and one to be remembered. Our mash bill is a unique combination of grains to create a spirit that is great on its own and mixes very well with just about anything. This white whiskey is dedicated to generations of family who have gone before us and passed on the love of distilling.
