1 ½ oz Headwater Whiskey
½ oz Solerno Blood Orange
½ oz Domain De Canton
Pour over ice in a highball and top with soda and garnish with orange twist.
Puddle Jumper
1 oz Skip Rock Vodka
1 oz Aperol
½ oz St. Germain
2 oz Fresh OJ
1 ½ oz Riondo Prosseco
Shake Skip Rock, Aperol, St. Germain and OJ with ice and strain into a wine glass. Top with Prosseco and garnish with orange twist.

1 oz Skip Rock Vodka
1/2 oz Orgeat
Pineapple Juice
Sweet & Sour Mix
1/2 oz Clement Creole Shrubb
Fill a highball with ice, pour Skip Rock and Orgeat into glass, almost fill rest of way with equal parts pineapple juice and sour mix leaving room to top off with Creole Shrubb. Garnish with cherry.

1 oz Skip Rock Vodka
3/4 oz Fernet Branca
3/4 oz Domain De Canton
Stir ingredients, cut wide lemon peel, rim martini glass with oil from peel, squeeze and drop into glass, strain cocktail into glass.
Pruner’s Paradox
1 ½ oz Headwaters Whiskey
1 oz Kestrel Winery Chardonnay
½ oz St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
½ Lemon Juice
¼ oz Graperfuit Juice
Shake, Strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with a Basil leaf floated on top.

1 ½ oz Skip Rock Vodka
½ Oz Lemon
½ Oz Benedictine
¼ oz Simple Syrup
2 dashes Regan’s Orange Bitters
Shake, strain over fresh ice in a Highball glass, float an ounce of Swiftwater Cellars No 9 Red over the top to one side.

¼ oz Fino Sherry
Stir and strain into a cocktail glass, garnish with a lemon twist
