Winner of Seattle Uncorked 2014 Best Cocktail!1 oz Belle Rose Amber Rum ¾ oz Nocino ¾ oz Spiced Apple Liqueur ¼ oz Lemon juice ¼ oz Maple Syrup Combine ingredients in martini shaker; shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Strain into a martini glass garnished with raw sugar rim*. Enjoy! *We recommend Turbinado sugar if available.
Spiced Apple Martini1 ½ oz Skip Rock Vodka
2 oz Apple Cider
1/4 oz Lime Juice
1/4 oz Maple Syrup
2 dashes of Angostura Bitters Assemble the ingredients in a cocktail shaker 1/3 full of ice an shake for about 10 seconds. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
Optional – chill glass and run the rim of the glass through cinnamon and for an additional fall spice touch.
Old Snohomish1 ½ oz Belle Rose Amber Rum 2 oz Sparkling White Wine ¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice 1 oz Simple Syrup 2 dashes Angostura Bitters 6 mint leaves In a martini shaker combine mint, syrup, and lime juice and muddle. Add fresh ice, Bella Rose Amber, and bitters. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Strain into a martini glass or over ice in a rocks glass; top with Sparkling white wine. Garnish with a mint leaf.
Skip Rock Dark and Stormy2 oz Belle Rose Amber Rum 4 oz Ginger Beer ½ oz Lime Juice Pour Bella Rose Amber and lime juice into a mug/glass; add ice cubes and ginger beer. Stir to combine. Drop a lime wedge into the mug/glass for garnish.
Badger Bloody Mary Martini2 oz Badger Pocket Peppercorn Vodka ½ oz Bloody Mary Seasoning* 3 oz V8 or Tomato Juice ½ oz Lemon Juice Combine all ingredients in martini shaker with ice; shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Serve up in a martini glass or over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with celery salt rim and favorite Bloody Mary toppings. *We recommend Demitris or J. Wilbur
Nutty Russian1 ½ oz Soleil Coffee Liqueur 1 ½ oz Skip Rock Nocino 3 oz Cream Combine Soleil and Nocino over ice in a rocks glass; top with cream and enjoy!
Feisty Russian1 ½ oz Soleil Coffee Liqeuer 1 ½ oz Badger Pocket Peppercorn Vodka Combine Soleil and Vodka over ice or neat in a rocks glass.

½ oz Sweet Vermouth
¼ oz Fino Sherry Stir and strain into a cocktail glass, garnish with a lemon twist

Skip Rock Moscow Mule1 ½ oz Skip Rock Vodka
4 oz Ginger Beer
1/2 oz Lime Juice
Lime Wedge for Garnish Pour Skip Rock Vodka and lime juice into a mug/glass; add ice cubes and ginger beer. Stir to combine. Drop a lime wedge into the mug/glass for garnish.
Raspberry Arnold Palmer1 oz Skip Rock Raspberry Liqueur 1 oz Headwaters White Whiskey Lemonade Ice Tea In a tall glass over ice combine Raspberry Liqueur and Headwaters. Top with half lemonade and half ice tea. Garnish with a lemon.
Skippin’ Easy1 ½ oz Skip Rock Vodka 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice 5 oz Orange Soda ½ oz Turbinado Syrup* Shake all ingredients and strain over ice in a tall glass. Top with Orange Soda (we like Fentiman’s). Enjoy! *Turbinado Syrup: Combine ½ cup raw Turbinado cane sugar with ¼ cup warm or boiling water until sugar is dissolved. Chill in fridge until ready to use.
Lake Sunset1 ½ oz Headwater White Whiskey
½ oz Solerno Blood Orange
½ oz Domain De Canton Pour over ice in a highball and top with soda and garnish with orange twist.
Puddle Jumper1 oz Skip Rock Vodka
1 oz Aperol
½ oz St. Germain
2 oz Fresh OJ
1 ½ oz Riondo Prosecco Shake Skip Rock, Aperol, St. Germain and OJ with ice and strain into a wine glass. Top with Prosseco and garnish with orange twist.
Skip a Beat1 oz Skip Rock Vodka
1/2 oz Orgeat
Sweet & Sour Mix
1/2 oz Clement Creole Shrub Fill a highball with ice, pour Skip Rock and Orgeat into glass, almost fill rest of way with equal parts pineapple juice and sour mix leaving room to top off with Creole Shrubb. Garnish with cherry.
Salt of the Earth1 oz Skip Rock Vodka
3/4 oz Fernet Branca
3/4 oz Domain De Canton Stir ingredients, cut wide lemon peel, rim martini glass with oil from peel, squeeze and drop into glass, strain cocktail into glass.
Pruner’s Paradox1 ½ oz Headwaters White Whiskey
1 oz Kestrel Winery Chardonnay
½ oz St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
½ Lemon Juice
¼ oz Graperfuit Juice Shake, Strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with a Basil leaf floated on top.
SkipWater1 ½ oz Skip Rock Vodka
½ Oz Lemon
½ Oz Benedictine
¼ oz Simple Syrup
2 dashes Regan’s Orange Bitters Shake, strain over fresh ice in a Highball glass, float an ounce of Swiftwater Cellars No 9 Red over the top to one side.
